They need to do more aide preparation on how to walk by the side of someone who is in recovery. This is the hardest experience I've had and I need them. They shop for me and get my medications. I like the flexibility that if something comes up then I can call and they are very accommodating. Since my husband has a broken hip and we are both on walkers the idea to have someone to drive us to get things is wonderful. They're true to their word, they're always on time, and they try very hard to work with you.
The communication within the office is poor. I appreciate the help getting out of the house. She talks with me and helps me get things done in the house. The most helpful part of the services is the shower and the food. They have helped me with showering and getting me outside.

I would recommend Right at Home because they are consistent and react to my issues and concerns. They make life easier because they run errands with me and they drive me to doctor's appointments. They make my life easier because my caregiver knows everything and I don't have to go over everything with her. I would recommend them because they are dependable services.
So far, they've been very conscientious and courteous. We really need them each and every morning. I would like them to improve the communication with us and with the caregivers. I like knowing someone is there in the home, giving me freedom to be a son and not a caregiver.

It was nice to have another set of eyes and hands and show me how to make her feel comfortable. They would put notes in the book, but wouldn't update the notes in the app. They caregivers are very sweet to my mom. I like that they have good caregivers and they let us know if there is a change in staff.
