It has taken my Dad several months to become comfortable with them, but that is because he does not want to ask for help! The office help has always been great about me adding hours or days....my only concern is that they will send different people out without informing us. This is not good , as my Dad is blind and will answer the door to anyone!

I would like them improve their consistency. We had a couple of problems at the beginning. We were going to have someone come and then they quit. I appreciate that they have scheduled people at a time that is convenient for me. The staff members have left a really good impression on me. They have been able to do the things that I can't do anymore.
She is very clean and has a pleasant attitude. She does the cleaning, takes me shopping, and helps me put stuff away. They helped us out by having personal follow ups. They did everything from running errands for her, to cleaning around the house, to keeping her company. I thought they were very reliable, and most of the aides that we had were excellent. There were some that we really liked.
My loved one doesn't think they need help, but for me this is a big move. I don't have the time and energy to put into my loved one's needs or wants. It has been a tremendous impact for me and makes a difference in making them safe. The last caregiver they sent was really good.
The person that they assigned on Saturday is above average in their ability to communicate with him. It helps me to have them because I have a bad back, and it's hard for me to do it myself. They need to get a better time-keeping system instead of the one they are using. Every time we have come to a decision about who would come, it has always been positive. I like that the people that I have had are efficient and friendly.
